WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We have a 14 day money back return policy, all items purchased must be sent back in the original condition as it was sent out in before a refund is issued. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer. If the item was damaged on arrival please contact us on 020 8951 4949 and we'll be happy to look into that for you.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

At present we do not have a gift card option, we will be looking into it for future.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept credit cards, Debit card & Paypal payments. If there is another way you would like to pay i.e Bank transfer please do get in contact with us.

WHERE CAN I BUY YOUR PRODUCTS?

Kalika candle products are exclusive to our website & at our hair & beauty treatment salon "Kalika Hair & Beauty Salon" which is located at "5 North Parade, Mollison Way, Edgeware HA8 5QH". You can have any treatment you want and purchase any Kalika products.
