YOUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES
If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change. If we cannot make the change or the consequences of making the change are unacceptable to you, you may want to end the contract
OUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES
Minor changes to the products. We may change the product to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; and to implement minor technical adjustments and improvements, for example to address a security threat. These changes will not affect your use of the product.
All our candles are hand poured with love in the United Kingdom, using the best quality materials to achieve the perfect gift for you and your loved ones. They are made with 100% natural soy wax, some may contain natural dried flowers plants or wood and blended with the finest fragrance oils, especially for you. If you find that your candle varies slightly in weight or finish this is because every candle is individually handmade and therefore unique. Our Natural Soy Wax Candles do tend to have a colour variation. Due to cold weather the wax may shrink, or pull away from the glass or tin. Please understand that this aspect cannot be controlled as soy wax is naturally soft and very sensitive to temperature changes.
Bracelet and accessories
Are custom made please choose the beads and charms and are satisfied before you place order and they cannot be refunded.
Registration is required for booking. However we understand sometimes you cannot attend booked sessions. Please let us know that you wish to cancel by email email@example.com and we refund you.
Ending the contract because of something we have done or are going to do. If you are ending a contract for a reason set out at (a) to (e) below the contract will end immediately and we will refund you in full for any products which have not been provided and you may also be entitled to compensation. The reasons are:
We have told you about an error in the price or description of the product you have ordered and you do not wish to proceed;
There is a risk that supply of the products may be significantly delayed because of events outside our control.You have a legal right to end the contract because of something we have done wrong.
Please note some products e.g seeds and rare gemstones are natural and due to the nature of produce over time may result to wear and tear. Some of our products may contain essential oils that can may cause allergic reaction. Please contact us before purchasing.
We are hugely grateful that people choose to make Kalika products and services a part of their journey and from time to time we may use pictures you have tagged us in or pictures using our hashtags such as #kalikacandles #kalikaincense #kalikasalon #kalikaacademy and so on, on our website, social media platforms and within our catalogues.
Unless you notify us to the contrary we will assume that by tagging these images you are happy for us to share them via our website, social media platforms and in our catalogues. If you wish to notify us that you do not want us to use these images please contacts us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
UK: 2-3 working days (not including weekends and public holidays)
Rest of the world: 30 working days (not including weekends and public holidays)

Again, parcels may need to be signed for in person so please ensure there will be someone at the delivery address to accept delivery (at home or work). If you are not present when your parcel is delivered, the courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time. Please note that you will be responsible for all duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination. If your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs. Please note that for all orders, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
We love that you have purchased from us, however You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.

(b) By post. Simply write to us at our address, including details of what you bought, when you ordered or received it and your name and address.
Once we receive your item. We will immediately notify you that the refund process has commenced. Refund will be processed to the original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Your rights if we suspend the supply of products. We will contact you in advance to tell you we will be suspending supply of the product, unless the problem is urgent or an emergency. If we have to suspend the product we will adjust the price so that you do not pay for products while they are suspended. You may contact us to end the contract for a product if we suspend it, or tell you we are going to suspend it, in each case for a period of more than 7 days and we will refund any sums you have paid in advance for the product in respect of the period after you end the contract. Tell us you want to end the contract.
YOUR RIGHTS TO END THE CONTRACT
You can always end your contract with us. Your rights when you end the contract will depend on what you have bought, whether there is anything wrong with it, how we are performing and when you decide to end the contract:
If what you have bought is faulty you may have a legal right to end the contract or to get the product repaired or replaced.
If you have just changed your mind about the product,You may be able to get a refund if you are within the cooling-off period, but this may be subject to deductions and you will have to pay the costs of return of any goods. No vouchers, earrings and customised products cannot be replaced or returned — you will not be refunded for these items.
Exercising your right to change your mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). For most products bought online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund (less any postage/shipping charges). These rights, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, are explained in more detail in these terms.
When you don’t have the right to change your mind. You do not have a right to change your mind in respect of:
(a) Earrings and customised products;
(b) Digital products after you have started to download or stream these;
(c) Services, once these have been completed, even if the cancellation period is still running;
(d) Products sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, once these have been unsealed after you receive them;
